Our client base ranges from Banks, Telecoms companies, FMCGs and NGOs to Government Institutions and Para-statals.

We recently organised the first ever Business Continuity Management Workshop in Nigeria, in partnership with the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN), and the Business Continuity Institute, UK, and also assisted a major financial institution in developing a Business continuity Strategy that saw the organisation operating full time during a demolition process next door.

Recent Projects

1. Project Eagles IV– Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
A continuation of the Project EAGLES initiative of the CBN, the strategic objectives were to:

  • Rewire CBN for Efficiency, Accountability, Goal Orientations, Leadership, Effectiveness and Staff
  • Improve the CBN’s business processes
  • Reinvigorate its systems and procedures
  • Redesign its structure for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Deploy world class Information Technology

The project had three focus streams:

  • Service Oriented Architecture / Enterprise Application Integration
    • Emphasis on placing business process focus on systems and applications
    • The enhancement business process robustness, efficiency and integrity
  • Knowledge Management
    • Create an environment of knowledge sharing and establish a learning organization and strong emphasis on enhancing the corporate memory
    • Establishment of a unified, integrated KM portal – linking the various activities, process and departments together across distributed locations
  • Business Continuity Management
    • Building a organization wide framework and ability for resilience
    • Augmenting the new risk management framework
    • Supporting the FSS2020 initiative and NEEDS 2 agenda

2. Project TIGER – Afribank Nigeria Plc

Project TIGER (Technology, Innovation, Growth, Excellence, Resilience) was embarked on by Afribank to transform the processes, people and technology of the bank for competitiveness, sustainability and shareholder value enhancement. The project will endeavour to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and organisational resilience, and also contribute to the repositioning of the bank as one of the top five financial institutions in the country.

Project TIGER has four focus streams:

  • Business process re-engineering (BPR)
  • Information technology (IT)
  • Knowledge management (KM)
  • Business continuity management (BCM)

Key deliverables:

  • Develop an IT strategy to enable successful transformation of the bank
  • Create structure, processes, and roadmaps that would make IT more effective
  • Establish resilience required for personal security, safety of staff and business continuity
  • Lay the foundation for corporate memory
  • Develop more effective and efficient processes for service delivery
  • Training and skill transfer to Afribank staff via a participation model
