Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

As much as the British public want to see Sir Fred strung up for this absurd pension there is probably very little that can be done about it. It was signed off and is legally binding. On a separate notes, I heat that he is considering moving abroad due the public anger in the UK. In other words, he parachutes out of RBS with £700,000 a year and takes his cash to sunnier climes. This banker needs stripping of his Knighthood ASAP.
